This month, we introduce two new features to make Riley an even more effective and helpful product insights platform for you!

Automated Video Transcription
We want to make it very simple for you to upload the data you want to analyze on Riley.
Now, you can automatically analyze Zoom meetings with your customers using Riley. Through our integration with Zoom, you can now select which meetings to transcribe automatically and easily find the relevant transcriptions for analysis when creating a project on Riley.

Competitive Intelligence
We want to help you stay easily informed about the strategies and actions your competitors are taking.

Now, when you create a new project, you can generate a summary of your competitors’ recent strategic moves by simply adding their names and ticker symbols. Competitive Intelligence is currently only available for publicly traded competitors, as this is an early release of the feature.
