Turn on Slack Integration
Navigate to “Settings”, select “Integrations” from your side bar, and “Add to Slack”. This will give Riley access to all of your team channels on Slack.
Create a Project & Share Insights
Get recommended product insights personalized for your project, select the insight you want to share, and select the Slack channel you want to send the insight to. The insight will be instantly sent to the channel for your team members to review and comment on.
Tag a Team Member & Invite Them to Your Project
Collaborate directly on Riley by tagging a team member in comments on your project. If your team member does not already have an account, an invitation will be sent to prompt them to join and collaborate on your project.
